Mir Ghouse is a Vice President in the finance practice at j. awan capital, where he is responsible for advising clients on financial management, forecasting, and regulatory finance matters, particularly across Saudi Arabia’s capital markets.

Mir is currently registered with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in Saudi Arabia as a finance officer for asset management, investment banking, and advisory firms. He has also supported CMA- and SAMA-regulated entities with financial projections and regulatory reporting obligations.

Mir has over 15 years’ experience in finance and capital markets, having worked across the real estate, trading, and financial services sectors in the Kingdom. Prior to joining j. awan capital, he served as head of finance and accounts at Anfaal Capital, a CMA-authorised firm, where he led the finance function and managed all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and payroll.

He holds an MBA from London Metropolitan University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Karachi. Mir has also successfully completed Parts 1 and 2 of the Capital Market Authority’s CME-1 qualification.
