j. awan capital is a Joint Stock Closed Company (JSC) established in accordance with the companies regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with Commercial Registration Number 7002188105, operating under an Advising license from the Capital Market Authority No. 22242-20 issued on 11 / 05 / 2022.
The direct controller of the Firm is Awan Holdings, established under the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market in the United Arab Emirates. It owns 100% of j. awan capital.
The Firm has paid up capital in the amount of SAR 2,400,000.
The Firm provides the following services to its customers under its Capital Market Authority license.

Advising: Where the firm advises another person/institution in relation to a security, which includes advising on the merits of dealing in it, exercising any right to deal conferred by it or financial planning and wealth management in it.

Managing Invesment: Operating under an Advising License issued by the Capital Market Authority (License No. 22242-20, dated 11 May 2022) & commence its Advising business on date 24 August 2023, and the Managing Investment License and will conduct its activities upon obtaining the CMA approval for commencement of business.

All complaints must be in writing to the Compliance Officer at compliance.ksa@jawancapital.com who will notify the customer that the complaint has been received and the Firm’s procedures for reviewing the complaint.
The Firm will endeavour to resolve complaints within 60 days of receipt. Within 30 days of receiving a complaint, the customer will be sent either:

a final response letter, explaining how the Firm intends to resolve the complaint; or
-
a holding response letter, advising that the matter is still under investigation.
If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days of receipt, then within 60 days of receiving the complaint, the customer will be sent either:
-
a final response letter; or
-
a further holding response letter, explaining why the matter is still under review with an anticipated timeframe for resolution.
Upon conclusion of the complaint, the Firm will promptly:
-
advise the complainant in writing of the resolution of the complaint;
-
provide the complainant with clear terms of redress, if applicable; and
-
comply with the terms of redress if accepted by the complainant.
