Hadeel is an Assistant Manager in the Compliance and AML division of the firm and is responsible for supporting clients with regulatory licensing and acting as the compliance officer for several CMA-regulated firms. She ensures clients receive day-to-day assistance in meeting their compliance deliverables and regulatory obligations.​

Hadeel is currently registered with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) as the Compliance Officer and AML Officer for various firms in the capital markets sector. She is also supporting a number of license applications with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the CMA.​

Hadeel has over five years’ experience in the legal and compliance field, working at the Ministry of Commerce, Mohammed Bin Afif Law Firm, and Talal Alhindi Law Firm in Saudi Arabia. Her regulatory experience covers corporate governance, legal research, and financial sector compliance.​

She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from King Saud University. Hadeel is a Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) and holds certifications in CME-1B, CME-2, and GRCP.
